Susanna Dickinson and her two-year-old daughter were the only white survivors of the Alamo. Santa Ana offered to adopt her daughter. Mrs. Dickinson refused the request. Santa Ana stupidly sent Mrs. Dickinson to taunt the Texas Army with his plans. However, Mrs. Dickinson warned the Texas Army of the military plans. Tune in later!

The Runaway Scrape: Mrs. Dickinson warned other Texans of Santa Ana's plans. The Texans took minimal provisions and burned the rest of their belongings, so the Mexican Army would be unable to plunder the Texans' supplies. The Texans were able to rebuild pretty quickly.
